**Description**
Under the general supervision of the Lead Cook/Supervisor, prepares and cooks food for patients, staff and visitors. Responsible for maintaining production and related areas in a clean and sanitary manner in accordance with all local, state and federal regulating agencies.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority within 30 days of hire.
+ 6 months Experience in quantity food preparation.
+ 1 year Experience in a hospital or restaurant setting.
