WK Pty Ltd (trading as Malaymas) is a well-established Malaysian and Chinese restaurant located in North Fitzroy, Victoria, offering an extensive menu of authentic Malaysian and Chinese cuisine. Due to the business expansion, we are seeking a skilled and experienced a qualified and experienced Cook to join our culinary team.

Key responsibilities:

· Prepare, cook, and present a wide range of dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards.

·Ensure all meals are produced efficiently, consistently, and to the highest quality.

·Follow and enforce proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices in compliance with local health and safety regulations.

·Assist in daily kitchen operations, including mise en place, cooking, and plating during service periods.

·Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control, ordering, and rotation of ingredients.
