Position Overview
**Description**
Produces, assembles, portions, serves and displays patient and cafeteria main entrees and accompaniment items, for retail and patient services. Maintains work area and equipment in order to meet sanitation and safety standards and levels for food and supply stock. Responsible for ordering and receiving some Nutrition Services products.

**Required qualifications:**
+ Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority.
+ Progressive experience in institutional cooking.
