Cook (Chef De Partie) – Busy Restaurant:

Company: B & E Knight Pty Ltd & A J Knight Pty Ltd (ABN: ) own and operate a busy restaurant located at Camooweal Roadhouse - CAMOOWEAL QLD 4828.

Responsibilities: You will be responsible for cooking and preparing food in our dine in establishment within the relevant section of kitchen and service (breakfast, lunch or dinner).

Duties: Reporting to the section Chef your role will include the following duties;



• Preparing, cooking and presenting quality dishes within a section using ovens, grills and other cooking implements etc

• Portion, plate, season and garnish food and cooked foods and before service.

• Prepare various sauces, marinades, spice mixes, rubs for various produce.

• Implementation of all recipes, food produced are subject to the approval of management.

• Assisting the Chef/s in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
