The COO for a fast-growing, private equity-backed infrastructure platform will:

• Set strategic direction for operational processes, systems and standards


• Define and implement industry‑leading asset management


• Lead operational teams to deliver safe, compliant, efficient services and strong operational performance


• Own the full customer journey

Successful candidates will have:

• Leadership experience of teams over 40 FTE


• A background in energy or utilities


• The ability to direct operations strategy and manage a Board of Directors


• The ability for hands‑on work, at pace, with PE stakeholders

Salary: GBP 80000 - 120000 per year
