Minimum 4 years proven experience as a Conveyancing specialising in Transfers
Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and documentation
High attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
Drafting and typing all conveyancing documentation
Managing the full conveyancing file from start to finish
Handling administration and follow-ups related to files
Supporting attorneys and colleagues where required
