The successful candidate will handle a full spectrum of conveyancing transactions, ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations and delivering high-quality service to clients. Key Responsibilities Manage residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters including sale & purchase, refinancing, and transfers Prepare and review legal documentation such as Option to Purchase (OTP), Sale & Purchase Agreements, loan and security documents Liaise with clients, financial institutions, CPF Board, property agents, and government authorities Conduct title searches and legal due diligence via Singapore Land Authority systems (e.g., INLIS) Handle e-stamping and submission through Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) portal Coordinate completion procedures and attend to completion matters Monitor timelines and ensure transactions are completed within deadlines Maintain proper fil...
