Majid & Chen is seeking a talented Conveyancing Lawyer to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Conveyancing Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support throughout the property transaction process. This is a full-time position that will allow you to utilise your strong expertise in property law to make a meaningful impact on the firm and our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Advising clients on all aspects of property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases
• Handling Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documentation for subsale transactions
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including SPA, loan agreements, lease agreements, and other conveyancing documentation
• Managing all other general conveyancing matters from inception to completion
