The successful candidate would be responsible for:
Updating Estate Agents and Brokers by telephone and emailDealing with incoming client calls where possibleIssuing Contract packs and assisting with replies to enquiriesAudio Dictation as requiredIssuing mortgage reports to clientsDealing with incoming post as requiredRequesting mortgage funds, ordering final redemption statements and agents accounts as requestedFiling, billing, copying and sorting post as required.Prepare and finalising completions including draft bills and statements and associated tasksOther duties as and when requiredThe successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
