We are seeking an experienced and proactive Conveyancing Assistant to join our thriving Residential Property team based in Doncaster. The team handles a broad range of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, equity release, landlord purchases, shared ownership , and new builds .

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with stakeholders including clients, banks, building societies, and estate agents
• Completing SDLT forms and handling registrations and post-completion tasks
• Opening client files using the Firm’s case management system
