Role Purpose
The Conveyancer is responsible for managing and executing property transfer transactions from inception to registration, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and client requirements. The role involves liaising with clients, financial institutions, estate agents, municipalities, and the Deeds Office to facilitate seamless property transfers while maintaining the highest standards of legal accuracy and client service.
Key Responsibilities
Property Transfers and Conveyancing
- Manage residential and commercial property transfer matters from instruction through to registration.
- Draft, prepare, review, and lodge all conveyancing documentation.
- Attend to property transfer registrations, bond registrations, and bond cancellations.
