Bell Cornwall Recruitment are working alongside a national law firm, that specialise particularly with property law, and have over 8 offices. We are searching for an experienced Conveyancer to join the Residential Conveyancing team.
The Role:
Managing a full caseload of sale, purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity, leasehold and freehold mattersDrafting of legal documentsAdvising clients and preparing reportsEnsure progression of transactionsRegular communication with clientsLiaise with third partiesThe Ideal Candidate:
