Job Summary:

Conversion Crew member is responsible for converting the building for various events including installation and removal of the basketball floor, retractable seating, stages, moving furniture and various other duties involving set up for each event. This physically demanding position requires candidate be able to work in a fast-paced team environment and be available to work a flexible schedule revolving around event calendar as needed which includes evenings, weekends and holidays. This is a great part-time year round opportunity where work hours are event driven.


Essential Duties:

+ Assist with event setups, changeovers, and operational tasks as directed by the manager and supervisor which may include tables, flooring, risers and portable seating, etc. are completed in a safe and efficient manner to ensure a smooth transition between events.
