Overview
ALLDATA is seeking energetic, professional Convention Table Staff to represent our brand at the NIADA International Convention & Expo 2026. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and representing a well-known automotive technology brand in a fast-paced event environment.
As a member of the ALLDATA event team, you’ll be the first point of contact for attendees—helping create a positive, welcoming experience while supporting lead generation, product awareness, and booth operations.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage NIADA attendees in a friendly, professional manner
Represent ALLDATA’s brand, products, and services positively and accurately
Assist with booth operations, including set-up, breakdown, and daily organization
Help collect leads, scan badges, and direct prospects to the appropriate ALLDATA team members
