POSITION SUMMARY

This position is integral in supporting and ensuring an effective and relevant internal controls environment. The Controls Analyst drives a continuous improvement mindset as it pertains to internal controls and business processes and engages collaboratively with business process owners across the organization, internal and external auditors, and senior leadership. A successful individual is able to balance serving as a custodian for the overall internal controls environment – inclusive of leveraging available technology to do so – and serving the organization as a consultant who understands both the details of our internal controls and leverages SOX best practices to enhance our internal controls.
