Description We are looking for an experienced hands-on Controller to lead core financial operations for a well-established organization in Southampton, Pennsylvania. This role is responsible for keeping accounting, payroll, and banking activities accurate, timely, and compliant while supporting daily business operations. The ideal candidate brings strong financial leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to partner with leadership on reporting and business decisions.

Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day accounting activities across payables, receivables, invoicing, and collections to maintain accurate and current financial records.
• Lead monthly and annual closing cycles, including reconciliations, journal entries, and preparation of financial statements and supporting reports.
