Description
We are partnering with a successful services organization seeking an experienced Controller to lead and strengthen the company’s accounting operations. The role will oversee daily financial management, supervising a small accounting team, and partner closely with ownership and leadership to support continued growth. The Controller will also be responsible for ensuring compliance within US GAAP standards, overseeing cost accounting, consolidations, financial reporting, budgeting, general ledger responsibilities, assisting with payroll tax processing, creating financial forecasting coordinating month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes, and implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets. The ideal individual for this role must be a people leader, drive process improvements & ERP system enhancements, have experience with hazardous material cost tracking and compliance reporting.
