Position Summary

The Staff Accountant / Controller will be responsible for full‑cycle accounting and office financial management for a small manufacturing organization. This individual will manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, month‑end close, payroll, and coordination with an external CPA firm. The role also includes oversight of one office staff member and involvement in basic administrative and compliance support.

This position reports directly to the Owner.
