The Controller will oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely insights to support decision-making. This role requires both hands-on execution and the ability to improve processes in a dynamic manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities

+ Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and inventory accounting

+ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

+ Lead the month-end and year-end close processes

+ Maintain and improve cost accounting systems, including standard costing and variance analysis
