Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing company in the Schenectady area, is seeking an experienced Controller to lead and oversee all accounting and financial operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close

+ Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

+ Develop and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies

+ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
