Revival Gourmet Foods, a premium small‑batch sauce manufacturer in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, is seeking a strategic Controller. In this key leadership role you will oversee all financial management and operational controls for our production facility, partnering closely with site leadership to drive profitability and efficiency through cost management, variance analysis, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering – provide financial analysis, modeling (ROI, make/buy, CapEx), and strategic recommendations to drive profitability and operational decisions.
• Financial Reporting & Variance Analysis – own the monthly/quarterly review process, analyze and present performance results, sales/cost drivers, and manufacturing variances (absorption, labor, expenses) to finance and non‑finance leaders.
