About the Role

A well-established construction company based in Moses Lake, WA is seeking an experienced Controller to lead and oversee all aspects of the company’s accounting and financial management functions. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information, while supporting operational decision-making and business growth.

The Controller will manage financial reporting, payroll oversight, cash management, tax compliance, and the supervision of accounting staff. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at balancing strategic financial leadership with hands-on accounting execution in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite position in Moses Lake with no remote or hybrid option.
