About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Controller who is both an exceptional accounting leader and a true business operator. This role goes far beyond month-end close—you will own the integrity of the balance sheet, drive working capital performance, strengthen inventory economics, enforce pricing and margin discipline, and implement purchasing and operational controls across the business. You will also play a key leadership role in the company’s future ERP migration.
