Partnering with a commercial real estate company in Denver, CO seeking a Controller.

The Controller will be responsible for accounting operations management, annual budgeting duties, oversight of treasury, assisting with AP/AR, managing the month-end close processes, working with insurance/overseeing renewals, and much more!

Requirements
The ideal Controller comes with...

+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

+ 15+ years of accounting experience

+ Real estate industry experience/property accounting experience- REQUIRED

+ 3+ years of supervisory experience
