Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and oversee all aspects of financial accounting for a growing manufacturing company. This role will manage a team of three and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and compliance with all applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

+ Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

+ Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

+ Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
