We are looking for an experienced hands on Controller to lead the financial function for a growing, multi-entity organization in Carpinteria, California. This role will shape a scalable accounting foundation, maintain reliable and audit-ready reporting, and provide strategic guidance that supports profitability and long-term business performance. The Controller will work closely with ownership and cross-functional leaders to strengthen financial visibility across operations, retail, hospitality, events, and future growth initiatives.
