CoreResponsibilities: Own contract negotiations in partnership with Aerospace General Counsel and Sales leaders. Establish and actively manage a performance management matrix for OEM agreement with key customers throughout the contract lifecycle containing all contractual obligations between the customer and the business of the organization.
