Also required is 10 years of experience: working with contract documentation from a legal, compliance, and technical viewpoint; negotiating business critical contracts (pre-award, post award: claims, variations, amendments); and enforcing contract clauses and management processes (both pre-and post-award). Must also possess 5 years of contracting/procurement experience, with responsibility for delivery of contract compliance on projects. Also required is 2 years of experience conducting prequalification/market conditioning exercises or similar supplier relationship development processes.
