Overview

**This position will be physically located in Israel**
Responsible for interpretation of the contract section of the IDIQ contract and contract modifications and Task Orders. Is the initial point of contact for all contractual communications with the customer (ACO, PCO, COR), Government agencies, e.g., DCMA, DCAA, and is authorized to obligate the company for matters associated with any assigned contract(s). Manage and coordinates contract changes that result in change proposals or no cost letters of direction with the program team (Program Management, Pricing, Operations, Legal etc.) for add-on work to existing contract(s). Under the direction of the INDOPACOM Director of Contracts, assists in ensuring Contract compliance with Corporate policies, legal issues, FAR guidelines, and customer support.
