The TES Contracts team is looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Manager to support growing and fast paced business lines in Real Estate and Construction, and provide support across the growing Pre-Construction and Construction teams. General responsibilities will include identifying and implementing process improvements, as well as reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, evaluation agreements, support agreements, prime agreements, and design and construction agreements. The successful candidate will work efficiently and independently, manage a high volume of projects with little guidance and proactively implement mechanisms that streamline repetitive tasks. The candidate will also have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines.
