The Contracts Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, from inception through execution and performance. The role ensures compliance with client contracts, subcontract agreements, and applicable regulations while minimizing commercial risks and maximizing project profitability.

• Manage all post-award contractual activities for utility-scale, commercial, and industrial solar EPC projects.
