**Description:**
You will be the Contracts Management Staff for the Munitions Acceleration Contracts team. Our team is responsible for integrating prime contracts with U.S. Government requirements to ensure rapid, compliant execution of Munitions Acceleration Initiatives.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Contracts Management Staff you will be responsible for providing expert contract guidance and ensuring alignment with strategic MAI goals.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Partner with the MAI team and U.S. Government stakeholders to align framework agreements and multi‑year prime contracts with MAI strategic objectives.
+ Advise on optimal contract structures, risk allocation, financing, payments, and negotiation terms.
+ Enforce standardized contracting policies, procedures, and clause libraries across all acceleration initiatives.
