Position Overview
**Description:** You will be the Contracts Negotiator for the Contracts team. Our team is responsible for negotiating, administering, extending, terminating, and renegotiating standard and non‑standard contracts while ensuring compliance and performance.
As a Contracts Negotiator you will manage the full contract lifecycle, evaluate performance, and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Negotiate, administer, extend, terminate, and renegotiate standard and non‑standard contracts.
Evaluate contract performance to determine the need for amendments, extensions, or corrective actions.
Maintain clear communications to ensure timely execution of contract obligations.
Ensure final contract documents accurately reflect negotiated agreements.
**Basic Qualifications:**
