Contracts Engineer - Building Surveyors- 6 month contract - Glascoed, Monmouthshire - £30.41 ph UMB or £22.69 ph PAYE (Inside IR35)

The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs). The Role

The position will report directly into the site Contracts Manager within the estates and facilities management team. Supporting the operation, repairs, maintenance and new works of site infrastructure and services, including for the development, renovation and maintenance, and delivery of legally compliant work pertaining to site land and buildings, utilities and services.
