Position Overview
- Reviewing, interpreting, and administering client, subcontractor, and supplier contracts
- Supporting contract departures, clarifications, amendments, and negotiation preparation
- Identifying legal, commercial, and contractual risks and recommending mitigation strategies
- Assisting with tender and pre-contract documentation, including terms and conditions, scope alignment, and commercial compliance
- Supporting management of contract correspondence, notices, variations, claims, and extensions of time
- Working with project delivery teams to ensure contractual obligations are understood and managed
- Maintaining accurate contract registers, commercial records, and supporting documentation
- Supporting subcontractor engagement, contract formation, and ongoing administration
