Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contracts Administrator to support the preparation, review, execution, and maintenance of a wide range of contracts and related documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with contract lifecycle management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with legal, procurement, finance, and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Draft, review, revise, and route contracts, amendments, renewals, and related correspondence
+ Support the full contract lifecycle, from intake and review through execution, tracking, and renewal
+ Maintain contract databases, document management systems, and electronic files
