The Role:• Manage procurement, subcontractor packages and contract administration across major construction projects
• Assist with project budgeting, forecasting and cost control
• Prepare and assess variations, progress claims and subcontract agreements
• Work closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients
