Job Description
Our client is an SME construction company (subcon). They are e seeking a Contracts Administrator (Electrical) to support contract administration functions for ongoing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) construction projects.
【Responsibilities】
- Draft and issue contractual letters and formal correspondence to clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Assist in the preparation and documentation of Variation Orders (VOs) and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions
- Review contract documents, specifications, and technical drawings for compliance
- Track contractual obligations, deadlines, and submission timelines
- Liaise with project teams, engineers, and stakeholders on contract-related matters
- Maintain proper records of all contractual documents and correspondence
- Follow up on outstanding contractual issues and responses
