Who we are.

The Design Systems and Practices Team (DS+P) is small but mighty. Encompassing systems design, visual strategy, and design practice, DS+P creates the shared foundations, tools, and ways of working that enable teams to build consistent, scalable, and high quality experiences. We re seeking a senior UX Designer with a strong systems mindset someone who thinks in patterns, dependencies, and outcomes, and who can bring clarity and structure to complex, evolving ecosystems. We re a deeply collaborative team, and each member is directly responsible for our success.

As our partner footprint expands and workflows decentralize, DS+P is evolving toward a more system led operating model one that supports AI assisted exploration, documentation, and reuse, while maintaining craft, quality, and governance at scale.
