What requirements you'll need to be eligible - Telesales or customer service experience (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with selling/cross selling over the phone and handling rejections. Thrive in meeting sales targets.
What you'll be doing on the job - Cold call Marketplace sellers who do not have KAMs/vKAMs as contact point to pitch relevant programmes
- Assist brands with sign-up process if requested by KAM.
- Understand the entire programme and its benefits in order to articulate to sellers and answer any queries.
