Job Descriptions:

• Work with the Email Content Monitoring (ECM) team to support the ECM operations (including the assessment, escalation, tracking and reporting of email data loss incidents), as well as the ongoing project activities and new initiatives.

Assess Email Content Monitoring (ECM) Alerts as per defined SLA

Escalate and report potential data loss incidents

Prepare and generate daily SLA report

Prepare and review system reports/DLIA submissions

Perform trend analysis and identify root cause for potential data loss incidents

Collate and Submit Dashboard Metrics Data

Assist in UAT as and when needed
