**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Conducts acquisition planning and market research. Together with project teams and Contracting Officer, determines contract type, and area of solicitation. Considers all possible set-asides in conjunction with local socioeconomic and small business goals. Prepares other required pre-solicitation documentation.
