Position Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Security Operations, Contract Services Representative (Aviation Security) is responsible for the execution, oversight, and day‑to‑day management of the Security Services contract. The successful candidate ensures contract performance, supports operational effectiveness, and upholds YVR’s safety and security standards through consistent coordination with internal teams and contracted partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the Security Service contract; this includes providing leadership and guidance on contractual terms and conditions, service delivery expectations, and the change order process.
• Contribute to the contractor selection and procurement process, including development and evaluation of contract specifications, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), onboarding new service providers, and management of contract amendments and extra services requests.
