Position Overview
The Retail Logistics Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the shipment, transfer, and delivery of goods across multiple exhibitions. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods while adhering to international shipping regulations. This position works closely with suppliers, retail managers, and couriers to support seamless operations across EMEA, Americas, and Asia. Key Responsibilities: Documentation and Tracking: Create accurate commercial invoices and packing lists for shipments. Maintain and update the Shipping Tracker, monitoring goods readiness and delivery timelines. Supplier and Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to chase goods ready dates.
