Key Responsibilities
• Manage a concurrent requisition load of 10-15 roles during peak seasons
• Lead full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, stakeholder communication, and offer management
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to drive hiring strategy and workforce planning
• Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent for current and future needs
• Provide market insights and strategic guidance to hiring managers
