Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high-volume portfolio of roles across various business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, define requirements, and align on sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and other sourcing channels.
- Execute structured screening and interview processes to ensure consistent evaluation and documented feedback.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, providing timely communication and professional guidance.
- Maintain high data hygiene within the Lever ATS to support reporting and team visibility.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline conversion to drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards and Talent Partners on offer recommendations and internal equity.
