Job Scope
- Plan, coordinate, and support the delivery of office improvement and relocation projects
- Liaise with consultants and contractors, ensuring smooth coordination and project progress
- Oversee project governance and support workplace transformation initiatives
- Organise and conduct engagement sessions, briefings, and workplace feedback surveys
- Develop and manage communication materials using digital tools (e.g. videos, infographics, visuals)
- Manage and support endβtoβend project execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
