Position Overview
Job Purpose The Senior Contract Manager oversees the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring strict compliance, mitigating commercial risks, and managing claims or variations to protect the company's financial and legal interests across all construction projects.
Key Responsibilities Contract Administration & Negotiation - Draft and review prime contracts, subcontracts, and joint venture agreements.
- Negotiate terms with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and legal representatives.
- Support tender reviews during pre-award phases to identify risky clauses.
- Ensure alignment with corporate policies, local UAE laws, and statutory regulations.
Claims & Variation Management - Manage variations , change orders, and instructions impacting project scope.
