Position Overview
International company within the renewable energy sector is looking to hire a Contract Manager to support its team in Madrid .
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee contracts with EPC contractors and suppliers during the execution of renewable energy projects
- Act as the main interface between EPC contractors and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual milestones, deadlines and deliverables
- Monitor contractor performance, including KPIs, quality and technical compliance
- Manage contractual issues, claims and variations with contractors
- Support project execution from both a contractual and operational perspective
- Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation actions
- Support contract negotiation and management during the execution phase
