Position Overview
Job Purpose
The Contract Manager shall be responsible for the effective administration and management of the construction contract on site ensuring full compliance with the Contract Agreement FIDIC conditions applicable UAE regulations and the Clients requirements. The role supports the Supervision Consultant in safeguarding contractual commercial and risk interests throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Administration
- Administer the construction contract in accordance with FIDIC Conditions of Contract (Red / Yellow Book as applicable).
- Advise the Project Director / Resident Engineer on contractual rights obligations and risks.
- Manage contractual correspondence notices determinations and formal communications.
- Ensure compliance with contractual procedures timelines and approval requirements.
